Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the automotive support industry, is seeking Call Center Agents to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Emergency Call Handling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay Range: $16.50
Shift: 1st and 2nd available, hours will vary
ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming calls from customers regarding luxury vehicle brands offering emergency services
Provide accurate information and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the system
Develop and nurture customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction
Research and resolve customer questions and issues efficiently and professionally
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Computer skills required
Must be able to work some weekends
Weekly pay
