Vyntrix Connect is a performance-based call center providing outbound engagement and reactivation services for clients across digital, gaming, and consumer-facing industries. We help brands reconnect with lapsed users and improve conversion outcomes through structured outreach, reporting, and optimization.

We are seeking an Account Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and ensure consistent communication between clients and internal teams. This is an in-office, client-facing role that combines relationship management with performance analysis.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead weekly client meetings to review campaign performance and KPIs
• Monitor campaign efficiency, conversions, and performance trends
• Prepare, manage, and analyze Excel-based performance reports
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps to clients
• Coordinate internally with call center operations and leadership
• Support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

• Experience in account management, client success, or related roles preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office call center environment
