A member of Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU)’s Cypress Creek Branch dedicated to delivering exceptional service for members through deposits, loans, and new account processing.

• Consistently demonstrates effective sales and service skills by meeting established performance goals.
• Consults with members regarding SCCU products and services, recommending additional offerings that meet member needs.
• Operationally assumes floor‑manager duties periodically, directing walk‑in members to the appropriate resources and ensuring maximum lobby efficiency and minimal wait times.
• Performs all aspects of transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the sale of monetary instruments—to provide complete member service.
• Balances cash, monetary instruments, and daily work accurately to maintain member account integrity.
• Services existing deposit and loan accounts, assisting members with transactions and account maintenance to exceed their expectations.
• Masterfully uses the computer terminal and online system, employing all required commands and transaction codes to produce error‑free work.

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash‑handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

• Starting salary: $17.46‑$18.50 per hour.
• Eligible for one SCCU annual bonus opportunity.

Full‑time during branch hours of operation:

• Monday‑Friday: 7:45 am – 6:15 pm.
• Saturdays:
  Alternating on rotation, 8:45 am – 1:15 pm.
