We are seeking a seasonal, part‑time concierge to be based at Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood International Airport. The concierge will streamline passenger arrival and boarding processes, ensuring clear communication with passengers, aircrew, and the company. The ideal candidate is customer‑service driven, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is flexible with work schedules—including weekends and holidays.

• Greets passengers upon arrival at the terminal and uses software for the check‑in process.
• Collects, organizes, and weighs baggage for pilots.
• Ensures passenger comfort and keeps passengers informed of flight delays.
• Assists with pilot introductions, boarding calls, and baggage handling.
