Job Description

The Front Desk Agent should be impeccably mannered & discreet, greeting visitors, verifying access, and serving as the property’s gatekeeper.

Responsibilities include handling customer service interactions, ensuring resident support, and managing package deliveries and access for residents.

  • Greeting vendors, residents, and their guests.
  • Coordinating deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant food.
  • Controlling and monitoring security cameras.
  • Monitoring external doors and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Controlling guest/vendor access to residential floors.
  • Collaborating with other building staff to meet resident needs.
  • Reviewing daily front desk procedures and facilitating communication between unit owners, maintenance, and property management.
  • Maintaining professional cleanliness of all areas during shift.
  • Following safety and security policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Handling crisis situations in emergencies or fires.
  • Answering the telephone and speaking clearly and professionally.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

Essential:

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non‑verbally.
  • Clear, legible communication and directions.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks.
  • Remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment.
  • Follow directions thoroughly.
  • Understand guest/member service needs.
  • Work cohesively with co‑workers as part of a team.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest/member information and resort data.
  • Input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.
Desirable
  • Some college or training in Hospitality Industry.
  • Previous experience as Front Desk Agent.
Experience
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Spa: 2 years (Preferred)
Education
  • High school (Required)
Language
  • English (Required)
  • Spanish, Russian, Portuguese (Preferred)
