Customer Service Rep, Bilingual

OverviewSP+, a Metropolis company, specializes in checkout‑free parking experiences, leveraging computer vision technology. We operate the largest parking network in the U.S. and Europe, providing seamless mobility across 4,000 locations.
Responsibilities- Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
- Answer questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Inform customers of the parking rate.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and stay in uniform throughout shifts.
- Give directions to customers to various locations in the area.
- Report any violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (less than high school is acceptable with one month of related experience).
- Ability to perform essential duties, including standing, walking, and using hands to handle cash and equipment.
- Availability to work third shift and/or weekends, as required.
- Strong communication skills: read, comprehend, write simple instructions, and present information to customers and employees.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in uniform at all times.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Salary: $14.00 per hour.
