Our Client Services team is the first point of contact within the business for our customers; dealing with all aspects of their travel experience as well as liaising with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Trip Management:
    Arrange all flight‑related services, manage active tickets with client requests or changes, keep itinerary up‑to‑date for client and in all systems.
  • Proactive Client Communication:
    Keep the client informed regarding restrictions and recommend best options, ensuring a delightful experience. On the day of the flight, keep client up‑to‑date on any unexpected or uncontrollable issues that may arise.
  • Profile Management:
    Onboard new clients, introduce them to the product and the company, maintain clear, concise, and professional communication.
  • Interdepartmental Communication:
    Partner with sales, operations, billing, and crew teams to support them as needed and ensure a seamless experience for clientele.
  • Data Management and Technical Savviness:
    Keep systems up‑to‑date, navigate between different programs with ease, and find answers using available guides.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Experience in a customer service role with enthusiasm and determination to provide exceptional service.
  • Skillfully handling difficult and demanding situations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactive, service‑driven, keen team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar.
  • Maintain accuracy, strong attention to detail, and deliver punctually even when working under pressure.
