Construction Superintendent

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction
Superintendent to manage all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale commercial projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role is responsible for field execution from project start‑up through punch‑out, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and coordination across all trades.

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to completion
• Enforce safety standards and coach subcontractors on safe work practices
• Manage quality control and ensure subcontractor deficiencies are corrected
• Maintain project schedule and critical path coordination
• Lead subcontractor coordination and daily field operations
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals
• Provide daily reports and weekly schedule updates
• Coordinate with owners and design teams to resolve field issues

• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing
• Experience with CMAR and/or Design‑Build delivery methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; client‑focused mindset
