Job DescriptionPlan and execute Reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, employees and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the customer service and management of the customer experience.
- Evaluate and sell projects. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
- Create project schedule, timeline, budget and ensure they are met.
- Identify and document project scope of work. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Manage multiple subcontractors.
- Touch every job every day and keep the job moving.
- Compile and resolve punch list items.
- Maintain continuous communications with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
- Ensure all subcontractor paperwork is up to date.
- Ensure proper permits are acquired.
- Ensure quality control at project sites and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform final walk-through with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in project management within the reconstruction industry.
- Superb customer service track record.
- Experience in Xactimate software required.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Experience in restoration and/or construction.
- High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred).
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, MVR, and drug testing.
Work Environment Requirements
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings).
