Plan and execute Reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, employees and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for the customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Evaluate and sell projects. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
• Create project schedule, timeline, budget and ensure they are met.
• Identify and document project scope of work. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Manage multiple subcontractors.
• Touch every job every day and keep the job moving.
• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Maintain continuous communications with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• Ensure all subcontractor paperwork is up to date.
• Ensure proper permits are acquired.
• Ensure quality control at project sites and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform final walk-through with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in project management within the reconstruction industry.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Experience in Xactimate software required.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction.
• High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred).
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, MVR, and drug testing.

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings).
