We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager located in Broward County, FL.

Overview

Oversee public infrastructure projects—including vertical construction, airports, and parks—from design to completion. This is a full‑time position with a 90‑day probationary period.

Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a closely related field.
Required Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of professional engineering and/or construction management experience.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license required; LEED accreditation is often preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling programs, and building information modeling (BIM).
Responsibilities
  • Oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction administration.
  • Conducts pre‑bid meetings, issues notices to proceed, and manages consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitors project budgets, reviews invoices, and processes change orders.
  • Ensures projects meet design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Prepares technical, management, and status reports for county officials.
  • Interfaces with various departments, agencies, and stakeholders.
Salary
  • $65.00 - $80.00 per hour DOE
Bonus Pay

A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non‑financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
