Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support multiple active capital improvement projects, including waterproofing systems, roofing replacements, structural upgrades, and related asset management initiatives.
This is a part-time, onsite position supporting active construction projects.
Pay$71.94- $107.91 per hour DOE
ScheduleApproximately 20 hours per week
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Minimum 3-month engagement with potential extension
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed Scopes of Work
Review and comment on design plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate permitting and project schedules
Manage day‑to‑day construction activities and site meetings
Review inspections, progress reports, and payment applications
Oversee project closeout in accordance with contract requirements
Required Qualifications5+ years of construction project management experience
Strong background in roofing and waterproofing projects
Experience with structural or civil‑related scopes preferred
Working knowledge of Florida Building Code and local ordinances
Must be local and available for onsite construction oversight
