• Efficiently gather and interpret all relevant information for bids, including site visits, client meetings, drawings, specifications and addendums.
• Utilize familiarity with statistical methods or specialized survey research techniques as needed.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field.
• Thoroughly review construction plans, materials and labor requirements to ensure precision in cost estimation.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external teams to discuss estimates, pricing and resolve issues while ensuring all cost factors are accurately considered.
