A well-established general contractor is seeking two experienced Preconstruction Managers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to join its expanding preconstruction team. Candidates should have a strong background in public-sector construction, particularly K–12 education projects. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and estimating processes, coordinating with design teams, managing subcontractor outreach, and preparing bid packages. An ideal candidate will have 7–15 years of experience in estimating or project management with a reputable contractor.

Strong proficiency in estimating software is required.
