We are currently seeking a highly motivated part-time Construction Manager located in Broward County, FL.

• High School diploma

In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities:

• 5 years’ experience in roofing, and water proofing with some landscaping and civil works

• Write Scope of Work
• Review and comments design plans, technical specification, cost estimate and others
• Coordinate schedule and permitting
• Manage all construction activities includes but not limited to site meetings, coordinating with CEI, review payment, track daily inspection report and activities, review site work as needed
• Close construction per contract requirement

• $60.00 - $82.00 per hour DOE

A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
