We are seeking a Junior Estimator to join our growing Estimating Department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about construction and looking to build a long-term career with a reputable and fast-growing organization. The Junior Estimator will work closely with the Estimator and VP of Business Development, playing a critical role in project bidding and pre-construction activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review bid documents and obtain pricing for materials
• Prepare estimating sheets and perform material takeoffs using Plan Swift
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits to verify quantities
• Communicate with subcontractors and assist in obtaining competitive quotes
• Coordinate and assemble final bid documents for timely submission
• Utilize MS Word, Excel, and Power Point to support estimating activities
• Support the Estimating and Business Development team with various tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaborative mindset and work ethic
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (preferred or in-progress)
• Proficient in estimating software (preferably Plan Swift)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Southeast Florida (office-based with local site visits)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
