Estimator - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor and materials
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering techniques as needed
• Develop and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Manage estimates for multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while maintaining autonomy

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data efficiently
