In this role you will enable projects to meet their design intent while maintaining schedule, safety, and budget. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform constructability and biddability reviews.
• Conduct field reviews for mainline and expansion projects.
• Analyze detailed traffic control plans for each proposed phase.
• Assess construction schedules and recommend resolutions for scheduling issues.
• Coordinate initial utility studies prior to construction.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• Experience with Florida DOT or Florida Turnpike projects.
• Background in roadway construction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to suggest viable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive construction experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Fundamental understanding of construction contracts and relevant codes and laws.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies.
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related construction packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to participating actively in our employee‑owned culture.
