📍 To strengthen our team at our Fort Lauderdale office
, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial development across the United States, Canada, and Latin America
.

✨ This is a strategic role for a driven professional who thrives in international environments and is passionate about premium customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in the nautical or luxury industry
, in-depth knowledge of the Americas markets, and a true passion for premium customer service and commercial excellence.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow Lagoon’s market share across the Americas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Train and support local sales teams
    , ensuring alignment with Lagoon’s commercial vision.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and smooth after-sales operations across the network.
  • Frequent international travel and participation in major industry events.
  • Proven experience in sales management
    , ideally within the nautical or luxury sector.
  • Experience managing and developing an international dealer network
    .
  • Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and expertise in strategic partnerships
    .
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
    ; French is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset
