Responsibilities- Provide administrative oversight for a contract portfolio within the State and Local Government (SLG) domain, including review, negotiation, correspondence, documentation, and strategic go-to-market activities.
- Support Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and provide advice and interpretation of contract requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft contract-related documents for review by Contract Managers and Office of General Counsel; serve as point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Advise leadership and engagement management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks; compile and analyze data; maintain and update contract management information systems.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within executed tasks, processes, and projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the workgroup.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent experience with operational and business background in contract management within a large IT environment, professional services firm, or similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong research, project management, and business analysis skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, reading comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
