Sales Account Executive

Job Summary

Full‑time, Monday–Friday in‑office position at our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. You’ll be a Sales Account Executive helping small businesses with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax solutions.

• Handle inbound consultations, conduct sales discovery and follow up with leads from multiple channels.
• Prepare adequate documentation of customer business needs for the Xendoo onboarding team.
• Assist operations and bookkeeping teams with customer experience, including escalated support requests and platform support.

• Investigative listener with growth mindset, lifelong learner, and high EQ.
• Passion for helping small business owners succeed.
• Exceptional communicator—written, phone, and Google Meet.
• General bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
• Natural problem solver.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Strong initiative.

• Experience with small business.
• Google Suite proficiency (Gmail, Drive, Meet).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hub Spot.
• Quick Books and Xero knowledge.
