• Maximize internet lead and portfolio management performance.
• Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors.
• Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed.
• Review internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly.
• Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure regular follow‑up and reporting.
• Be fully prepared for daily appointments and confirm them prior to arrival time.
• Reschedule “no‑show” appointments when necessary.
• Understand the importance and benefits to the retail business.
• Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect.

• High school diploma.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills.
• 2–4 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry (a plus).
• Experience using CRM tools (automotive CRM a plus).
• Familiarity with dealership operations a plus.
• Familiarity with BDC functions a plus.
• Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiencies.

Salary of $55,000 plus monthly performance bonus. OTE $73,000.
