The Enablement Analyst is a hybrid strategic–operational role that combines enablement operations, VOC insights, analytics, and light marketing/communications to support agency and Account Manager readiness. The Analyst connects data, product functionality, and enablement communication into a single, streamlined workstream. The Analyst translates business needs, client feedback, and system gaps into insights, product improvements, and clear messaging that drives adoption and reduces escalations.
Key Responsibilities- Pulse Product Ownership / Enablement Tools & Execution
- Own execution of the enablement tools roadmap
- Maintain structured intake process for VOC, Account Manager feedback, and agency escalations.
- Oversee adoption, usage, and agency behavior.
- Insights, Analytics & Reporting
- Identify trends and the “Top 3 recurring issues” monthly; translate into solutions.
- Provide data‑driven insights for cross‑functional planning and leadership decisions.
- Voice of Customer (VOC) Synthesis
- Convert unstructured agency and Account Manager feedback into actionable requirements.
- Surface themes, risks, sentiment, and friction points in executive‑ready summaries.
- Ensure VOC insights guide product and operational prioritization.
- Enablement Marketing & Communications (Light Marketing)
- Assist enablement director to build clear, concise enablement content:
- Account Manager toolkits
- Pulse updates
- Release notes
- Quick guides & “What’s New” content
- Align messaging to ensure clear communication on LMS, decks, playbooks, and agency communications.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, clarity, and accessibility across enablement collateral.
- Assist enablement director to build clear, concise enablement content:
- Cross‑Functional Alignment & Governance
- Act as an important connective tissue within the organization.
- Run cadence for roadmap reviews, defect/risk huddles, and VOC/insights rhythms.
- Maintain governance around intake, prioritization, and delivery accuracy.
- Analytical & systems thinking
- Requirements writing / product operations
- Structured communication + content creation
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple narratives
- Strong cross‑functional influence
- Familiarity with CRM tools, BI dashboards, or product lifecycle systems
- High ownership, precision, and follow‑through
- 3‑5+ years in enablement, product operations, business analysis, or program/project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent
- Experience turning VOC into requirements or solutions
- Experience building enablement materials, training content, or communications
- Experience with CRM, dashboards, or operational systems
- Experience supporting sales, customer success, or agency operations
- Experience with LMS platforms or product adoption programs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
