Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site position in Fort Lauderdale, FL supports both the marketing department and brokerage team in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. The Marketing Administrative Assistant plays a key role in daily operations, creative execution, and client communication while helping maintain a polished and professional brand presence.
The position combines administrative coordination and creative marketing support. This individual will assist with marketing initiatives, create social media content, design marketing materials, support brokers with administrative needs, and serve as a primary point of contact by answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate brokers or departments
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
- Maintain organized digital files, marketing assets, and contact records
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and general administrative tasks
- Support the development of marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, email graphics, and listing materials
- Create and schedule social media content aligned with company branding and current initiatives
- Assist with content planning, visual design, and campaign execution
- Maintain consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
- Collaborate with brokers and property managers on marketing needs for listings, deals, and announcements
- Update property information, availability details, and marketing assets as needed
- Support marketing initiatives specific to commercial real estate properties and clients
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional client-facing demeanor
- Experience creating social media content, marketing materials, or creative design assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Efficent with design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite required
- Experience using Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns, list management, and content distribution is required.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving commercial real estate setting; prior experience in the commercial real estate sector is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
