Assistant Controller

• Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping
• Demonstrated understanding of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Quick Books.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with bookkeeping/basic accounting (Quick Books and Excel are required).
• Analytical, problem-solving nature. You are organized and enjoy working with numbers.
• A professional history of working trucking or construction companies a Plus.

• Full-time role
• 50% Health insurance for Employee Only

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years
• Quick Books: 2 years Minimum
• Journal Entry 5-10 per week
• Experience in Construction or Trucking Industry a must
