We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Accountant to join a dynamic, multinational organization. This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and supports consolidated financial reporting across multiple domestic and international subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate will have strong intercompany, consolidation, and multi-currency accounting experience, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and elimination entries
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages (including KPIs and supporting schedules)
- Collect and analyze financial data from international subsidiaries
- Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements (U.S. and foreign entities)
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and cross-functional projects
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including exposure to multinational or multi-entity structures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and corporate consolidation processes
- Multi-currency accounting experience required
- Experience preparing corporate financial statements and management reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday and/or Quick Books preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
