As they expand their horizons, we are looking for talented Senior Accountants to join their team and contribute to their success story!
Schedule- M-F, 9am-5pm (On-site)
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Ensure financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and established accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation tracking.
- Support indirect tax compliance and filings across multiple jurisdictions as required.
- Oversee accurate recording of vendor invoices and expenses within the ERP system, ensuring proper coding and accounting period recognition.
- Manage integration and reconciliation of corporate credit card and expense reporting data.
- Assist with financial data uploads, consolidations, and reporting within corporate accounting systems.
- Support contract-related accounting requirements, including payroll reporting and regulatory documentation where applicable.
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation of accounting procedures.
- Provide schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Uphold company policies related to ethics, confidentiality, compliance, and internal governance.
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives to support finance and business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification strongly preferred.
- Public Accounting Experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in using Business Central OR Microsoft Dynamics
