Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role:

As the AP Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling the full-cycle accounts payable process-from invoice entry to payment and reconciliation. Your work will help ensure subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams are paid accurately and on time. What You'll Do:

• Manage and process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and outgoing payments.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Collaborate across departments including project management, treasury, and tax.
• Identify areas for process improvement and help streamline payment workflows.
• Provide timely reports and insights to leadership on AP metrics and vendor activity.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with AP exposure.
• Experience with Net Suite software and strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree a strong plus, but not required.
