You will be responsible for leading a team and a variety of accounting and tax responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of delivering accurate work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining and analyzing financial records and general ledgers
• Compiling and reviewing financial statements
• Assisting with banking and client financial relationships
• Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Ensuring the preparation of thorough and accurate work papers
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and profitability
• Supporting the evaluation and selection of accounting software
• Designing and implementing accounting systems and process improvements

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Previous experience as a Tax Manager
• Strong accounting skills and experience reviewing financial statements
• Knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, and other general accounting/finance practices
