We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the daily operations of our client s accounting department. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving process improvement.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Manage month-end close and year-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, forecasting, and general ledger
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports
- Ensure policy compliance and support audits
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Lead and support accounting team workflows
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills;
Microsoft CRM a plus - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
