Construction Senior Accountant

Location: Lauderdale Lakes, FL (5 days onsite)
Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000

• Manage all construction accounting for cemetery plot development projects, including mausoleums and multi-plot family structures
• Oversee financials for a minimum of five active construction projects at a time
• Handle projects with individual budgets of up to $20M
• Perform full-cycle construction accounting, including job costing and WIP reporting
• Gather and analyze cost data from prior projects to forecast pricing that yields profitability
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborate with project stakeholders while independently owning all accounting responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Construction accounting experience required
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously
• Hands‑on experience with WIP and detailed job costing
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
