Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with strong knowledge of Quick Books (QB). The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can manage high volumes of invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Enter, code, and reconcile invoices in Quick Books (QB)
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized AP files and documentation
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and payment status
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits by providing required AP documentation
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Quick Books (QB)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities >
