Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL. (On-Site)

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and credit card processing
• Prepare daily financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards
• Generate, review, and follow up on daily revenue and labor reports
• Handle bi-weekly payroll processing through ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain payroll documentation, schedules, and timekeeping within the E-Time system; monitor wage and hour compliance and investigate variances
• Perform daily accounts payable and purchasing activity
• Assist with monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis and reporting
• Prepare and file monthly sales, occupational, and communications tax returns
• Create journal entries supporting revenue, labor, payroll, advertising, and promotional expenses

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5–7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Hospitality industry experience preferred
