Overview
Our client is a growing organization in the legal services space with a strong national presence. As the firm continues to expand, they are adding a Junior Accountant to their Accounting team to support day-to-day financial operations and provide a strong foundation for future growth.
SalarySalary/Hourly Rate
$40k - $50k
- The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and account maintenance.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Administrative teams to resolve discrepancies.
- 1 - 3 years of accounting or finance experience (internship experience considered).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger support.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent legal accounting experience, is required.
