Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000

• High Executive Visibility: Collaborate directly with senior leadership during a critical growth phase.

• Lead daily accounting operations, monthly closes, and financial reporting.
• Establish and improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Prepare forecasts and annual budgets for OPEX, CAPEX, and financials.
• Own external and internal audits.
• Drive ERP implementation and maintenance.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

• 5+ years in accounting management or senior supervisory capacity within manufacturing.
• Experience with systems/process improvement, including ERP or FP&A tool implementation.
• Proven ability to deliver audit-ready, accurate closes with technical accounting expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, JDE, QAD, Sage, etc.) and reporting tools (Prophix, Cognos).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing experience required; pharma or medical devices a plus.
