Accounting Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000

- Lead daily accounting operations, monthly closes, and financial reporting.
- Establish and improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Prepare forecasts and annual budgets for OPEX, CAPEX, and financials.
- Own external and internal audits.
- Drive ERP implementation and maintenance.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
- 5+ years in accounting management or senior supervisory capacity within manufacturing.
- Experience with systems/process improvement, including ERP or FP&A tool implementation.
- Proven ability to deliver audit‑ready, accurate closes with technical accounting expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
- Strong ERP experience (SAP, JDE, QAD, Sage, etc.) and reporting tools (Prophix, Cognos).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Manufacturing experience required; pharma or medical devices a plus.
