Job Description
A well-established construction firm is seeking a Project Accountant to join its Fort Lauderdale office. This role is part of the accounting team and involves close collaboration with Construction Project Managers.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in invoicing and accounts payable
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (open to Associates)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Background in construction accounting
- High integrity, discretion, and a positive attitude
- Strong team collaboration and client service orientation
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Vista by Viewpoint, PROCORE, and Textura Payment Management
- Experience with lien waiver collection and review
