BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Senior to lead day‑to‑day audit planning, fieldwork আগে wrap‑up for healthcare engagements. The role involves preparing financial statements with disclosures, applying GAAP, documenting and testing control systems, and serving as the primary client contact for audit inquiries.

• Plan, coordinate and execute audit fieldwork and wrap‑up activities.
• Prepare complex financial statements with required GAAP disclosures.
• Document, validate, test, and assess internal control systems against GAAP, SEC/PCAOB, and GAAS requirements.
• Communicate audit findings and control improvement recommendations to the client.
• Supervise and review work of audit associates.
• Participate in reviews and agreed‑upon procedures engagements.
• Prepare communications to the client and audit committee.
• Utilize BDO audit manuals, research tools, and accounting systems.

• At least two years of audit experience (public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting).
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Eligible to sit for the CPA exams and actively pursuing completion of the exams.
• CPA preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with assurance applications and research tools.

• Strong written and oral communication skills for all levels of the client and firm.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Solid project management and detail orientation.
