Role Description
Seeking a candidate with experience or strong interest in Harmonized System (HS/HTS) classification, tariffs, and import‑related accounting. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with hands‑on involvement in customs compliance, tariff review, and duty dispute resolution. Candidates with experience in HS codes, tariffs, customs brokerage, or trade compliance are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general accounting principles
- Experience with trade compliance, import/export regulations, and related documentation
- Strong skills in financial reporting, record keeping, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Quick Books, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems; MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant experience in aviation, logistics, or international trade is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
