Role detailsSenior Accountant — Internal Controls & Process Optimization
Location:
Fort Lauderdale
Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 base + 10% target bonus + benefits

- Lead monthly close, internal/external audits, and compliance (SOX) activities ensuring accuracy and rigor
- Train teams and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer of new processes and controls
- Advanced experience in accounting operations, internal controls/process improvement, and project delivery inside complex/global environments
- Proven technical proficiency in SAP (or Oracle) and strong command of ERP-driven accounting
- Demonstrated ability to influence, implement, and own process change—not just recommend
