As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated Jr/Staff Accountant to join their ranks and help drive their success.

We are currently on the search for a professional and reliable Jr/Staff Accountant:

• Process 100+ invoices monthly
  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Manage AP workflow across multiple entities and capital pools.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  .
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries.
• Partner with the Senior Accountant and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes.
• Compiles, summarizes, and provides necessary reports of activities as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time, work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience
  , with significant exposure to Accounts Payable
  .
• Quick Books Online experience highly preferred
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to ask pertinent questions
• A high level of respect and discretion for confidential information.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Excel and accompanying Microsoft Office Suite software.
