- Review individual and non‑individual tax returns
- Assist the entire Tax practice in resolving day‑to‑day tax issues
- Communicate with federal and state tax authorities as needed
- Research complex tax issues
- Manage engagement planning
- Mentor and train staff
- Business development
- 6 – 8 years of recent experience with a strong tax compliance and research background, specific to Real Estate clients
- CPA or CPA eligibility
- MS in Taxation preferred
- Public accounting experience required
- Strong team player and a commitment to high quality, detailed work
- Ability to deal with clients and possess “executive presence”
- Strong computer skills, with experience in a paperless environment
- Self‑starter with ability to deal with multiple priorities
- Passion for client service and strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
