Position: Senior Project Accountant

Are you a detail-driven accounting professional ready to grow with one of the most exciting and fastest-growing construction companies in South Florida?

A leading general contractor is looking for a Project Accountant to join their team. You’ll be the go-to person for project billings, job cost tracking, and subcontractor payments, working closely with Project Managers and leadership to keep financial operations running smoothly.

Your Impact:

• Own the full-cycle billing process (AIA billings, change orders, AP/AR)
• Track project financials and ensure compliance with client contracts
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
• Be the financial liaison between field operations and accounting

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3+ years in a construction accounting role (commercial experience preferred)
• Hands-on with AIA billing, subcontractor payments, and project cost controls
• Proficiency in Computer Ease or similar construction accounting software
• Excel-savvy with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
