Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to carry out collection activities related to delinquent member accounts. As a Member Solutions Assistant you will be responsible for the collection of overdrawn share accounts and NSF foreign checks, which includes communication with the members by telephone and in person, written correspondence, communication with branch personnel & Collection Agencies.
What You’ll Do:- Receive and process return checks.
- Receive and review accounts on the Negative Shares report and takes appropriate action, which can include contacting members by phone or sending written correspondence.
- Identify accounts that need to be recommended for charge off.
- Gather and prepare necessary documentation for further collection activity.
- Communicate with a diverse member base.

What We Need:- High school diploma or GED.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team.
- Organized, display attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills, whether it’s with management or verbal/written responses to members or other team members.
