Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including all required system start‑ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. Responsible for opening the back door for deliveries.

Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.

Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Support operations including maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring the Outdate program is followed, basic department pricing, daily price changes, and signage accuracy.

Assist with bookkeeping activities, cash reports, ledgers, and bill payments.

Assist with interior and exterior maintenance, ensuring the store is clean and orderly, and request repairs when necessary.

Assist with food safety practices and supply rotation.

Assist with the pharmacy window as requested.

Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.

Assume other duties as assigned.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state (preferred).

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager.

• Serve as a liaison between management and non‑management team members by communicating assigned tasks when store management is absent.
• Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
