Treatment Specialist - Adolescent Residential Unit (Part Time)

Community and Family Resources seeks a Treatment Specialist to be part of a multi‑disciplinary team providing substance use recovery skills to teens aged 12 to 17 in our Adolescent Residential program in Fort Dodge. This team is integral to making a difference in the lives of the teens we work with.

• Assist clients in completion of necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.
• Orient clients to program services.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offer clients feedback and support.
• Report client issues to staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
• Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with rounds of the facility.
• Assist with follow‑up surveys and entering data.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance is required.
