This role includes managing schedules, coordinating training, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving any on‑the‑job challenges. You will help develop staffing plans, maintain schedule coverage, and support operational excellence across the fleet.

• Supervise and support bus drivers to maintain exceptional service standards
• Create and manage driver schedules and ensure full shift coverage
