zTrip – Fort Collins, COzTrip, North America’s largest personal transportation company, is hiring a Safety and Compliance Admin in Fort Collins! We’re looking for detail‑driven, safety‑focused professionals to help ensure our drivers operate responsibly and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
PositionAs a Safety and Compliance Admin, you’ll support all safety and compliance functions for our Fort Collins operation. You’ll manage documentation, conduct driver road tests, oversee training requirements, and ensure adherence to company policies and contractual safety standards. Your work will strengthen our culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

- Conduct driver road tests and contract road audits
- Oversee drug and alcohol testing compliance
- Maintain accurate driver qualification files
- Provide weekly safety coaching and lead recurring driver meetings
- Track and ensure training compliance for drivers and staff
- Lead bi‑monthly safety meetings for office and management personnel
- Support operations with driver coverage for special accounts/routes
- Perform monthly data analysis to monitor contract performance and safety trends
- Ensure compliance with City of Fort Collins transportation contracts (Dial‑A‑Ride, Dial‑A‑Taxi, Foothills Gateway Shuttle, Fixed Route)
- Manage accident reporting and coordinate with insurance adjusters
- Respond to driver and staff inquiries via email, phone, and other channels
- Handle additional safety and compliance duties as needed
- Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to conduct thorough, fair road tests and safety audits
- Experience in data tracking, reporting, and trend analysis
- Skills in training, coaching, and employee development
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments
- Valid driver’s license required
