Wednesday to Saturday (1st Shift: 6:00 am to 4:00 pm)

• Minimum Qualification: Eight (8) years commercial journeyman experience in Electrical, HVAC, service & repair. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum Certification Requirements: Universal EPA Certification.

• Must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose, and repair various HVAC specialties. Siemens Desigo and DDC experience needed. Much of the day will be spent overseeing and assisting in preventive maintenance tasks and work requests performed by HVAC technicians, ensuring timely completion.
• Responsible for directing HVAC technicians in the repair of HVAC systems including AHUs, VAVs, PIUs, etc.
• Work hours may vary; other duties as assigned.
• Client facility operates 24/7, 365. Overtime may be required.

• Must be familiar with office and laboratory building operations and maintenance. Experienced with AHU's, Phoenix valves, VAVs, and PIUs. Experienced in maintenance of positive‑pressure clean rooms, negative‑pressure labs, and operations of building automation systems.
• Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and electronically.

• Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to client and company requirements.
