Security Operations Center Supervisor - Part-Time

Schedule: Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Citadel Security USA is hiring a Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor to support field operations and assist security personnel across active assignments.

This position works inside the company’s Security Operations Center (SOC) and focuses on monitoring officer activity, supporting field staff, coordinating communication, and ensuring operational standards are followed. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple situations at once.

• Monitor officer activity through company monitoring systems
• Confirm officers are on time and present at assigned locations
• Track patrol tours and follow up when tours are missed or delayed
• Review submitted reports for accuracy and completeness

• Provide guidance to security officers when operational questions arise
• Assist officers with procedures, assignments, or post instructions
• Support SOC operators when additional oversight is required

• Answer incoming calls from employees, clients, and the public
• Route or escalate calls depending on the situation
• Maintain communication with Operations Management regarding incidents or concerns

• Document operational issues and employee performance concerns when necessary
• Ensure incident reports and operational tickets are completed properly
• Maintain accurate records according to company reporting procedures

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in security operations, dispatch, monitoring centers, or emergency communications
• Experience using monitoring platforms, reporting tools, or workforce management software
• Ability to coach employees and document performance concerns clearly

This position is based inside a Security Operations Center (SOC) and involves monitoring field activity, communicating with security officers, and coordinating operational support when issues arise. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
