Branch Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 Base + Bonus

Hire Quest is seeking a driven, sales-focused Branch Manager to lead and grow our Fort Collins location. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, dispatching temporary workers, and driving daily branch operations.

• Actively sell staffing services to local businesses and contractors
• Develop new accounts through outside sales and networking
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Sell and manage on‑site workforce solutions
• Recruit, dispatch, and manage temporary workers
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure profitability
• Handle client service issues quickly and professionally
• Drive revenue growth and meet branch sales goals

• Strong B2B sales experience (staffing or construction industry preferred)
• Leadership experience in operations, staffing, or workforce management
• Ability to multitask in a high‑energy environment
• Early‑morning availability (5/30 AM start)
